Will I be penalised if I take HPAT-Ulster more than once or register for HPAT-Ulster but do not sit the test? |

No, you may take HPAT-Ulster as many times as you wish, as long as you are a bona fide applicant each time.
There is no penalty, other than the loss of your fee, if you register but do not sit the test.
